Maris Group is hiring for maintenance and field operations positions to support our residential property management and remodeling operations. We are seeking reliable, self-motivated professionals who can work independently, make sound decisions in the field, and take ownership of assigned work.

Roles may include Maintenance Technician, Lead Maintenance Technician, and senior field positions, depending on experience.

General responsibilities include: residential maintenance and repairs, troubleshooting and problem-solving, managing and prioritizing work orders, documenting completed work, coordinating with management, and maintaining professional job sites.

Qualifications: experience in residential maintenance or skilled trades, ability to work without direct supervision, strong judgment and time management, valid driver’s license, and a professional, customer-service mindset.
